Ms. Chen was appointed Director of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. in February, 2023.

Prior to the current post, Ms. Chen once served as Vice President of State Development & Investment Corp., Ltd., Engineer of Planning Department of China Energy Investment Company, and Assistant Engineer of Beijing Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research. In April 2021, Ms. Chen was appointed Vice President of Sinochem Holdings.

Ms. Chen has more than 20 years’ experience in strategic planning, operation management, and capital management. She graduated from Wuhan Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Institute. She is a senior engineer.
