Mr. Zhang was appointed Vice President of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. in April, 2021.

Mr. Zhang served as Director General of Innovation and Strategy Department of Sinochem Group and concurrently as Director of Economic and Technical Research Center of Sinochem Group; Assistant to the Dean and Chief of Fine Chemicals Division, China National Petroleum & Chemical Planning Institute.

Mr. Zhang majored in Polymer Materials in Beijing University of Chemical Technology.? He is a senior engineer.
